Optimised Optical Design.

The optical design of this lens has been adjusted from 8 groups of 10 to 7 groups of 10 elements, including 2 high-refractive elements and 2 ED (Extra-low Dispersion) elements. The optimised structure reduces size while maintaining image quality.

Standard Focal Length.

With an equivalent full-frame focal length of 53mm, the 35mm focal length is popular for its close approximation to the human eye's field of view. It's versatile for various shooting scenarios, from street photography to landscapes, close-ups to daily moments, effortlessly meeting different photographic needs.

F1.8 Large Aperture

The F1.8 large aperture allows more light to enter, performing excellently in low-light environments while creating soft background bokeh. Especially in portrait photography, it makes the subject stand out.

0.4M Minimum Focusing Distance

The minimum focussing distance has been reduced from 0.6m to 0.4m, allowing this lens to effortlessly capture fine details and close-up shots, making it especially ideal for close-range photography of everyday subjects like food, crafts and other life scenes.

Firmware Update Interface.

The Type-C interface for firmware update of AF 35mm F1.8 II is designed on the rear lens cap, which improves the aesthetics of the lens.
